  • Process the Return:The process of returning the product begins when our customer indicates to do so. This step includes identifying the condition of the product and return authorization. It also includes scheduling the return shipments, replacing the faulty goods, and approving refunds.
  • Deal with Returns:Inspection and determination of the return category of the product are done once the returned product reaches our centralized processing centre. We sort the returned products into various options like fixing the product, reselling it as a new or replaced product, recycling, restoring, or disposing.
  • Keep Returns Moving:We minimize daily waste to a great extent by sending the products that can be repaired to the respective departments.
  • Repair:After inspecting the items, we determine whether it is repairable or not. Then our team moves it to the area where it is to be repaired. If repair is impossible, we try to sell any of its sellable parts.
  • Recycle:Products or their parts that cannot be fixed, resold, or reused, we send to the recycling area.

  • Packaging Management:It focuses on reusing the packing materials to reduce waste and disposal.
  • Unsold goods:Returns from retailers to distributors or manufacturers are handled via reverse logistics.
  • EOL (End-of-life):When an item is EOL, it becomes useless. Manufacturers generally dispose of or recycle these products.
  • Delivery failure:In case of failed deliveries, drivers give back the products to the sorting centres, and from there, they are sent to the point of origin.
  • Rentals and Leasing:At the end of a product’s rental contract or lease, the owner company can remarket, reposition or recycle the product.
  • Repairs and Maintenance:In some cases, consumers and companies maintain equipment or repair it if any problem arises as per the agreement. Apart from that, a company even sells defective returned items to another customer after fixing them.
